At Amayu, we strive to provide you with the highest quality natural and wellness products. Your satisfaction is important to us. If, for any reason, you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, please review our Returns Policy below.
✅ Eligibility for Returns
- Products can be returned within 7 days of delivery.
- Items must be unused, unopened, and in their original packaging.
- Return requests must include a valid reason and, if possible, photos of the item (in case of damage or defect).
🚫 Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene and safety reasons, the following cannot be returned:
- Opened or used consumables (such as powders, seeds, teas, tablets)
- Items marked as non-returnable or final sale
- Personalized or discounted products
📦 How to Request a Return
- Email us at amodspices@gmail.com within 7 days of delivery.
- Mention your Order ID, reason for return, and include any supporting images (if applicable).
- Our support team will review your request and respond with instructions.
🔁 Return Process
- Once approved, we will arrange a reverse pickup or ask you to ship the item back to our address.
- Please pack the product securely to avoid damage in transit.
💸 Refund Process
- After we receive and inspect the returned product, a refund or replacement will be issued within 7–10 business days.
- Refunds will be processed through the original method of payment.
- In case of COD orders, we may request your bank details to process the refund.
