✔️ Order Processing:

  • Orders are processed within 1–2 business days after payment confirmation.
  • Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.

📦 Shipping Duration:

  • Delivery typically takes 3–7 business days depending on your location.
  • Remote or rural areas may take slightly longer.

🌍 Delivery Coverage:

  • We currently ship across India.
  • International shipping is not available at this time.

💰 Shipping Charges:

  • Free shipping on orders above ₹499.
  • For orders below ₹499, a nominal shipping fee will be applied at checkout.

🔍 Tracking Information:

You can monitor your package in real-time until it reaches you.

Once your order is shipped, a tracking link will be shared via email or SMS.

🔁 Return Policy

At Amayu, your satisfaction is our priority. If you are not happy with your purchase, we’re here to help.

✅ Return Eligibility:

  • Returns are accepted within 7 days of delivery.
  • Items must be unused, unopened, and in original packaging.
  • Returns are applicable only for damaged, defective, or incorrect products.

❌ Non-Returnable Items:

  • Opened or used food & wellness items (due to hygiene reasons)
  • Products purchased during sale or marked as non-returnable
  • Personalized or bulk order items

📩 Return Request Process:

  1. Email us at amodspices@gmail.com within 7 days of receiving the product.
  2. Include your Order ID, reason for return, and images (in case of damage).
  3. Our team will verify and guide you through the return process.

🔁 Return Pickup:

  • We may arrange a reverse pickup, or request you to ship the product to our address.
  • In case of customer error, return shipping charges will be borne by the customer.

💸 Refunds:

Refunds will be made to the original payment method.

Refunds are issued after inspection of the returned product.

It may take 7–10 business days for the refund to reflect in your account.
